Very pale in color, it features simple pear and apple aromas on a lime canvas. Intensity is good for a wine at this price but don’t expect complexity.
On the palate it’s very fruity upfront with prominent sweetness but the sugar is balanced with sufficient acidity so it doesn’t become cloying and finishes dry with pleasing orange peel nuances to give it interest. Light, cheerful and profoundly unserious, this is a handy wine to have around to pair with spicy sauces. A solid if unspectacular choice at a good price.
