I am pleased to announce that Rowman Littlefield has agreed to publish my next book. The working title is “We Live from Good Soup: Exploring America’s Food Revolution”. I will try to explain why American’s have finally discovered their palate and assess the cultural significance of the aesthetics of food and beverages. The manuscript is due in June so I better get writing.
